Business Description: To carry out maintenance and repair of motor vehicles

Pricing: Our labour rate is £70.00 per hour plus Vat at the current government rates. Labour times will be calculated using industry standard guidelines.
Where menu pricing is available, these will be published and available to view.
Written quotations/estimates will be provided if requested.
Any changes to work or additional repairs needed will be discussed and agreed with you prior to completing this work. You will also be informed of any additional cost.

Payments: Invoices must be paid in full upon collection of your vehicle unless agreed otherwise. Your vehicle may not be released until payment has been received. You will not be asked to pay for work upfront. We accept the following payment methods BACS, CASH, CARD, ONLINE

Removed Parts: All parts removed from your vehicle will be available for inspection or collection for a minimum of 24 hours following repair completion.

Warranty: We offer 12-months parts/labour (or 10,000 miles) warranty on our work. Any concerns or warranty work must be undertaken by us first unless we have specified otherwise. Not alerting us or taking the vehicle somewhere else will void your warranty.

Cancellation: You can cancel your booking at any point. If work has already commenced or additional work is identified, but you do not want to continue with this, you will only have to pay for the work and parts used up to the point of cancellation.

Collection/Delivery: We collect vehicles under our insurance, which is fully covered, but we can not accept any liability for tyre damage, punctures or windscreens due to previous damage, road or weather conditions. This includes any mechanical damage driving from pick up location to our premises.

These Terms & Conditions are our key terms of business.
