Our team meets you at the collection point in the morning, where they complete an initial inspection sheet with you before taking your vehicle to the workshop.

We do the work and if any additional work is required, we will contact you to discuss and agree on any additional costs and timescales. No additional work is completed before discussing with you.

CSG 1-4-13

We deliver your vehicle back to your chosen location in the afternoon with all relevant paperwork including a VAT invoice. Once all work is completed, payments can be made in person, online or via phone call, so you do not need to be there upon delivery. We do not accept cheques as a method of payment.

Is my car collected and delivered for free?
A Yes, we will collect and deliver your cars for free up to 15 miles. If you are a further distance, a small charge will be added.

When will my car be collected and delivered?
A We are flexible to your needs, typically collecting between 8am-10:30am and delivering after 3pm. Our out-of-opening hours are available on request in case you are unavailable for standard collection times.

Is my car insured once collected?
A Yes, once you sign over the car to us it is fully insured meaning you will be covered if any issues occur whilst in our possession.

If my car requires extra work, will you let me know?
A Yes. We don’t carry out any additional work until you have authorised it. One of our qualified mechanics will contact you, talk you through the issues and give you as many options as possible to help you make an informed decision.

Is there any warranty or guarantee?
A Yes, all our services come with a 12-month part and labour guarantee. We also use O.E certified parts which guarantee your manufactures warranty.

Can I drive my car without an MOT?
A It is illegal to drive your car without a valid MOT certificate. If you are driving to have your MOT, you must be able to provide evidence of the booking. A If you notice an issue that is putting yourself or others at risk, we do not advise driving your car. Depending on your car, it is advised by most manufacturers to have a full car service every year or every 12,000 miles.

A Depending on your requirements, an MOT can take between 45-60 minutes, however, if your car fails the MOT, it will take longer depending on the issue.
