Yes we collect and deliver all customers cars for free up to 15 miles. Any further there will be a small charge added.
We are flexible to your needs, typically collecting between 8am-10:30am and delivering after 3pm. Our out-of-opening hours are available on request in case you are unavailable for standard collection times.
Yes, once you sign over the car to us it is fully insured meaning you will be covered if any issues occur whilst in our possession.
Yes. We don’t carry out any additional work until you have authorised it. One of our qualified mechanics will contact you, talk you through the issues and give you as many options as possible to help you make an informed decision.
Yes, all our services come with a 12-month part and labour guarantee. We also use O.E certified parts which guarantee your manufactures warranty.
If you have a discount or offer, mention it when booking over the phone or in the comments when booking online.
It is illegal to drive your car without a valid MOT certificate. If you are driving to have your MOT, you must be able to provide evidence of the booking. Using CollectServiceGo, you can remove the hassle of driving without a valid MOT certificate and have our team pick your car up at your chosen collection point.
If you notice an issue that is putting yourself or others at risk, we do not advise driving your car. Depending on your car, it is advised by most manufacturers to have a full car service every year or every 12,000 miles.
Depending on your requirements, an MOT can take between 45-60 minutes, however, if your car fails the MOT, it will take longer depending on the issue.
